We accept returns and exchanges
Contact us within: 2 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

To ensure that any returns or exchanges are treated in the best possible way, please contact us at info@marikarine.com before returning the article or requesting an exchange. We will then confirm the details of the return or exchange procedure and let you know if relevant as to whether certain items are in stock.

Conditions of return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition in which you received it 
  • In the original packaging
  • Sent with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for custom or personalised orders.
Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We don't accept cancellations
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
